I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes one week apart. I chose the Freedom package and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Kansal was very supportive and reassuring during each procedure. The follow up appointments were on time and efficiently run by all the staff. Once I had finished the testing Dr. Kansal called me in for his assessment, there was no waiting. I highly recommend Dr. Kansal and his staff at MEC.
From the moment you step into the office to check in at reception, along with the technicians that test and prepare you to see Doctor Kansal it is a total pleasure. It's nice to have a doctor that answers all your questions and he isn't trying to get you out of the office in a hurry. I am very glad I chose Dr. Kansal.
Dr. Kansal did my cataract surgeries this summer and I’m very happy with the outcome. All the staff at the office are very kind and helpful and the process is run very efficiently. I never felt rushed by Dr Kansal and he took the time to answer all my questions.
No way to speak to anyone at the Clinic
The doctor is excellent and we were very happy with the care during the procedure. However, the administrative process needs serious improvement. On the day my husband had his laser procedure, we were told a fax for his steroid prescription would be sent to his pharmacy. When we arrived, the pharmacy had received nothing. We tried calling the doctor's office, but the number redirected to an automated message stating that phone calls are not answered and to email all inquiries.
