Made a appointment here for eye surgery. When I first called to make the appointment, I was told that they do do that surgery there but after some tests we're taken and measurements were taken, and then at the end, they tell me they don't do the surgery that I was asking for. why did they test me for unnecessary things just to tell me at the end that they don't do that surgery there?
