Waited 2 hours with an appt. and never saw my doctor. Ended up leaving. Staff wasn't the friendliest either. Very disappointed!
We initially chose Medical Express Urgent Care because of the short wait times. We waited about 20 minutes to see the PA, which was appropriate. However, when he entered the room, he briefly asked what happened, looked for 30 seconds at what we thought might be a broken arm, and immediately started filling out a prescription. We asked if he thought an X-ray might be necessary, and instead of saying something about why he felt it wasn't needed, he simply said, "you didn't do anything to it." I have always had a good experience there. Never had to wait more than an hour. Doctors have always been helpful. They have good followup and an answering service. Never left disappointed.
Absolutely the worst care in kansas! Never go here rude staff and horrible doctors that don't even want to check you out! Waste of time!
