I was referred to have my AFO adjusted because it was too long and too wide. Since I rely on it for foot drop, not having it puts me at risk of tripping and falling. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information before arriving and almost left with nearly $60 in Lyft expenses getting to and from my appointment. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Medical Express! About a month ago, both my parents were in need of a rollators. Orders were placed and pick up time was set, equipment was put together and ready to go in no time! Upon arrival I was greeted by Erica with a warm and friendly smile.
