Dr. Yee is an incredible asset to this clinic. She was instrumental to my health and healing journey after suffering through a disc extrusion and then a car accident that left me unable to function properly for months. When I first met her, I was carried into her office in excruciating pain. When I left, I was able to walk out the door. I’ve been a patient of the clinic for nearly a decade. My doctor has always been real with me, and never made me feel dismissed. She is knowledgeable & compassionate and is someone I can trust with my family’s and own health.
I was referred to this clinic and had my consultation and talk to the doctor. I specified to him If the medication is not covered with my benefits, I am not going to proceed now the pharmacy sent the claim to my insurance and its approved so now i book again since its approved I paid the deductible which is fine. And I am not aware that the injection fee is $150, thats is coming out of my pocket they didn't say anything. I only knew after a few days they called me and said I owe them $150. This is ridiculous.
Dr Linda Xia has been my doctor for a few years now. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She always goes above and beyond for me and has been so helpful in getting me the care I need. The staff in this clinic are all so nice as well. Truly a wonderful clinic that id recommend to anyone
Have been with this clinic for a while now and have had my family doctor switched before. Even with an appointment you have to wait 20 minutes to be seen by your family doctor. Another crazy thing is they told me I missed an appointment December 2023 when I wasn’t even living in the city. The front desk tried to get me to pay for the missed appointment however I checked my emails from Medical Express throughout the years and have never received confirmation of that appointment.
