The most horrific example of totalitarian government ineptitude. I have been waiting for a simple death certificate for over 4 months with no end in sight. This government agency does not care nor listen to tax paying citizens’ concerns and they simply lie about their performance. Additionally, they have no protocols in place for addressing incompetence within their own department.
