This office rates poorly on two of its core values. In terms of timeliness, it took this office 15 weeks to complete the examination of my family member. During that time, without a Death Certificate, we were unable to move forward with key estate items, like selling the house, car, etc. Maybe the office is shorthanded? Nevertheless, 15 weeks is not “timely” for a noncriminal examination. I would say that two weeks (10 business days) is timely. So, I need to give this a 1 out of 5 and recommend that you hire additional staff... read more
