The way my grieving family has been talked to and treated by the staff here is appalling. They made us jump through so many hoops to find out information just to then tell us they would not tell us anything anyway. The woman on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to even when I was not heartbroken about the untimely passing of my only sibling. They should be ashamed of themselves.
A family member was in their care for five days and no one tried to locate the family.
