My family and I have been coming to Medical Essentials Diagnostics annually for the last 4 years. The staff have always been so supportive and helpful from scheduling for our group evaluation. Today's eval was my personal best because Alana got me through my stress test with her music and charm. I did my best and longest time on that dreaded inclined trot/run! I had such a great experience at this medical office! Everyone was kind and efficient, but I have to give a special shout-out to Alana. She was so professional, fun, and genuinely put me at ease. She made my stress test actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible! She explained everything clearly, kept me laughing, and made a stressful appointment feel easy. Highly recommend this office and especially Alana!
Giselle, Alana, Ana & Meena were welcoming, warm, professional and informative. They made you feel comfortable and at ease about things that can present some apprehension or stress. There clear explanations and kind personalities made the experience pleasant rather than tense or apprehensive. Nice operation, nicer people!!
