My original phone call was to inquire about a repair for my dad‘s power chair. After going through the options of repair, Jenne Offered me another solution. She walked me through the steps on how to get my Dad approved through Medicare for a new power wheelchair. She was so passionate and patient and made it so easy to get the best outcome for my dad. We could not be happier and I would highly recommend anyone looking for medical equipment. They are number one in my book.

I had a medical procedure that getting up to the standing position was an issue. I wasn’t sure if I really needed to rent a chair and at the last minute o decided I must have one. I called just 1 week before my surgery to order and have delivered, the recliner/lift chair. They were all sold out BUT, the owner put a rush in a brand new chair just for me. Jeff came early today and fixed a scooter, thought a battery before. ,after many tests, he finally found the problem. Very good service, nice people, very fair price. I now have my back, been shut in since Christmas eve. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I am so impressed with this company at every level. The attention to detail and customer care provided by Jenee in finding exactly what I needed for my unique circumstances with respect to durable medical equipment i.e. bariatric hospital bed, air mattress, commode to Jeff and John with delivery, set up and educating myself and my family on how all of the equipment works.
