Michelle was rushed and impatient during our baby’s ear-piercing appointment. Placement was left entirely up to us, yet we were repeatedly pressured to hurry while trying to make the best decision for our 5-month-old. What should have been a special, exciting experience turned stressful due to her tone and lack of patience.
