My mom went to get a shot administered that had to be giving by a medical professional that was also an urgent matter, brought all the necessary documentation but was sent away without the shot being given. The doctors were very upset with the way Med-direct handled the matter and requested not to go back !
Wait is too long
This place is awful! Went to seek medical treatment for an sinus infection, and all I got was a long wait and a expensive bill. When I was called to the back to been seen, they totally forgot I was even back there in the room. After waiting an hour or so in the lobby I ended up waiting about another hour in the room only for them to ask me all of 3-5 questions and to hand me an prescription. Needless to say, I'll be going to Greenville Health Care for now on
I was in and out the staff and doctors were awesome the nurse Miss Moore was awesome Dr Danielle was awesome everyone was a true rock star I thank u ladies for helping me when I was ill God bless u guys!!!!
