This company is a complete ripoff! The most discouraging part is that my doctor makes the choice of what lab to use. The prices are extremely high in comparison to Quest Labs, in fact more than 8x for the same exact test. I hope they go out of business!
Awful billing department. I go through the VA and am constantly getting bills from these people as they dont know how to bill the VA correctly
Terrible lab, terrible billing, terrible communication, I just had a bad experience, I don't know even the tests are accurate.
Update: this place is definitely a scam. After I called them and told them I wouldn’t be paying because of their scam tactics listed below l, they started sending bills to my PARENTS home in ANOTHER STATE. They started calling my parents as well. Mind you st no point had I ever provided my parents info. I tried to use the website to ask them to stop.
