WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Our medical practice with four locations has done business with this company for 2 years. I called and ordered supplies on Jul 28 and called on Aug 4 because I had not received my supplies, and **SUprISe!** I need them! Today is Aug 7 and I still have not received NEEDED supplies!! Our sales rep quit and I have NO idea if he was replaced since we have not seen one since! Any phone calls regarding customer service have gone unanswered as has my email from Aug 4 regarding the need for supplies.... read more
