We had an excellent experience with this medical device repair service. They were friendly, professional, and able to see us very quickly, which we truly appreciated. Our spa treatment room chair at 413 Medical Aesthetics was broken, and the issue was diagnosed and fixed promptly with no complications at all. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this company for reliable and efficient service!
Roy is unbelievable. This is our third time using Medical Repair Service for three separate machines. Each very difficult and unique. Roy was able to find and resolve the problem. His expertises are incredibly valuable. On our last visit, we had an urgent issue that needed attention immediately as we had a big show scheduled for the next day. Roy rearranged his time to expedite us and come to repair our machine within hours. Absolutely the best service that we have ever received to date. Thank you Roy!
We received such excellent and prompt service! Roy is exceptional. He came to fix our devices. The following day, something wasn't working and within a half hour, he has back to fix it! So professional. I would recommend him to anyone!
