Roy is a miracle worker I bought a oxygen machine and I got ripped off and it didn't work, but he came out and he fixed it and then I had another glitch and he got on the phone with me right away and helped me through it and didn't charge me. Excellent service and expertise I would highly recommend him.

Our spa treatment room chair at 413 Medical Aesthetics was broken, and the issue was diagnosed and fixed promptly with no complications at all. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this company for reliable and efficient service!
Roy is unbelievable. This is our third time using Medical Repair Service for three separate machines. Each very difficult and unique. Roy was able to find and resolve the problem. His expertises are incredibly valuable. On our last visit, we had an urgent issue that needed attention immediately as we had a big show scheduled for the next day. Roy rearranged his time to expedite us and come to repair our machine within hours. Absolutely the best service that we have ever received to date. Thank you Roy!
