The staff is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. You are greeted by their front desk female staff who creates an positive atmosphere from the very start. The personnel staff trained and followed up with me about my product and service of my device. Amazing!!!!
Avoid all dealings with this company. They do not answer their main business line. They do not return calls. They send out arbitrary and capricious bills with late fees. They fail to deliver and ship on time and refuse to provide the necessary customer service after requesting payments from the customer.
They saved the day when I was missing a part for my cpap right before our cruise. Very helpful and professional I would recommend.
We had a CPaP emergency before boarding a cruise ship and MDS saved the day having our mask in stock and quick service to help us out!!! Ingris was amazing!!!!
We are in town for a cruise and my dad left a part for his CPAP machine at home. The woman working the front desk immediately knew the issue and went to the back. It’s a unique part and she brought one back and gave it to us completely free of charge! An absolute lifesaver for us because my dad would have been without his CPAP machine for the 9 nine days on vacation. Thank you so much!!
