THEY LITERALLY SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE . I MINDED MY BUSINESS CAME TO WORK EVERYDAY MIND YOU IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT BUT DID NOT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION TILL AFTER I WAS HIRED BECAUSE OF RUMORS I HAVE HEARD AND WAS STILL RECENTLY TERMINATED, FOR SOMETHING THEY COUJD HAVE WORKED W ME OVER .THE MANAGEMENT AND SOME TL’S SUCK AND PICK N CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO HELP. U know all these negative ratings are from people that owe money. Of course they are going to leave bad reviews. No one wants to pay money. Don't be pissed at the connections agency they r doing their job. If u would have paid ur bill in the first place u wouldn't be dealing with them right now

Disgusting 🤢, DANIEL that was the Name of the rep. I called to get information on WHY I was receiving a bill if I made all pynts, during the call I lost signal due to my location and I kept saying HELLOOOOO and he couldn’t hear me and he said “ ohh now u don’t want to talk cause I told you about your debt” pathetic guy ,like I called u dude 🤣 obviously I know I have a debt anyways they r scammers , when I tried to get understanding of my bill he said well I’d ASSUME it’s because of this he couldn’t answer my questions wi... read more
