I just contacted the company to verify if a precert was in file and the switchboard operator kept hanging up the phone on me over and over again. Don't contact them unless you have literally 2 hours to wait on hold to only be hung up on. Then when you finally get in touch with someone, they are unable to help. Useless!
Not impressed with my first time using you guys. Had to utilize my personal time with a lot back and forth and still have no results.
