They canceled my daughters appointment to see Dr Hamilton, but didnt tell us. We showed up for appointment. They told us we could wait 2 hrs or book another appointment. This is'nt good enough, my daughter has down syndrome and autism. Being in a waiting room for 30 mins is overwhelming as it is let alone having to wait 2 hrs. The only people in the waiting room were adults. They should have had them wait. I told them to forget about it I'll call my family doctor and get a referral elsewhere.

Worst place to try and call no one answers the phones this place is not that busy, needs better call service

I was unable to take the appointment Dr. Brazil's secretary offered me as I had a previously booked appointment with a specialist in St. John's on the same day. She refused to rebook me. I was a long standing faithful patient with medical issues. My Rheumatologist contacted him and he refused to see me.
