Great technical team, helped us with design to manufacture, turned prototypes around fast and now into production
Great team, Engineering team has great DFM capabilities from Protoype to Production.
More out-of-tolerance parts were shipped to us than good parts. Found out they weren't even checking the parts. They cancelled the job (after only shipping 20% of the order) when they figured out they weren't making any money on the job. Communication is very poor.
Parts always damaged as well as late shipments. Owner does not care about customer satisfaction.
A great organization being led by an enthusiastic owner who cares!!!
