Every staff member I’ve encountered here has been amazing. The physicians are kind and supportive. Truly wonderful people. Unfortunately that’s where the glowing review stops. The communication at this location is so poor, I highly recommend going anywhere else. I’ve had messages never returned, 4-5 days for many messages to be returned, and if you miss a call from them, good luck getting the information. Needed antibiotics and pay out of pockets. Tried three times over a few days with NO help and kept getting run around.. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY trying to get well. I went elsewhere and got antibiotics (AS I HAD ASKED FOR from the walk-in clinic 3 times!!!) from another provider out of their system and my symptoms got better OVERNIGHT. This was a huge financial strain and strain on my overall health. Very unhappy with the walk-in clinic.
