For nearly 45 years my doc at this practice was Dr Nelson. When he retired he was replaced by one of the 3 best doctors I’ve had in all my 68 yrs; Dr Mavelian She is excellent; takes time, goes over every detail of reports and her follow-up in unsurpassed!
Dr. Jennifer Arnouville is a wonderful, caring, physician with a long memory. Let me explain what that translates to: My husband and I were patients for over 12 years and there's not one diagnosis, laboratory test or conversion which she forgot. She is compassion personified. We were blessed to be under her care.
Jennifer Arnouville is an excellent doctor who listens and finds healthy solutions for my elderly parents. Thank you for treating them like family!
Danita answering the phone is the rudest individual I have ever come in contact with. I was try to make an appointment for my grandmother (not asking for PHI not trying provide PHI) just trying to make an appointment. She said she wasn’t going to make an appointment because of HIPAA. That is completely irrelevant, she was just too lazy to help. If this is how the staff treats patients and I don’t even want to know how the doctors do. She finally hung up on me and said she wasn’t going to argue.
