Would give zero stars if possible. Have been trying to pay the bill for months but staff never answers. Finally after months they call back and I missed the call due to work but called back within 15 minutes and still have not heard back. Sent a check 4 months ago but they never received it. Bill says you can pay via phone but they are unavailable. Then you receive past due notices with the same number yet they won't answer ever. I call everyday and have emailed.
