Horrible service call to set up appointment and they didn't have anything available beside at their North Richland Hills location. Once got to the NRH they said they tried calling me but they had wrong number enter in and then they said they don't accept my insurance. Will never go them even if I have a insured they will accept.
First, if you notice all of the good reviews, they are a year or several more old. There are only a couple of new reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen since around 2014 and I've always liked her. However, the problem is the practice itself has gone downhill in their customer service. I understand that the entire public health industry has been overwhelmed since COVID hit, but judging by the fact that when I do go into the office, it's not like the office is spilling over with patients. Love these people and everything they do to help me and others. All the staff so lovely and professional especially the red head in the lab. She's awesome just like everyone else ALWAYS with a smile.
This is where my parents go and I had to take my mother in the other day. This place is wonderful! Everyone is so helpful and friendly!!
Do NOT go there to see doctor Nguyen I been a patient for years and every time I go to see her she prescribed medication over the counter saying is “is just this” like you health is not important I have ended up at the emergency room several times because of her and her light diagnosis she doesn’t take you health seriously she doesn’t even check you or take a look at you body symptoms. Go somewhere else or ask for another doctor.
