Always a pleasure being here ,the office is wonderful
If you’re insurance faxes forms over they use a 3rd party fax company so it may take up to 3 days for them to get it. They also use an outside PA company no one can call to check status with. Don’t worry though you’re paying for this mess. Just found out that their fax company they use is in India? That’s why it takes 3 days for them to get the information. Plus their PA company is in India so all our medical information goes to another country.
I gave 1 star JUST to make the review … I went into this particular office with my sister for an appointment and the customer service was TRAAASSSSHHH …. the two African American ladies had unpleasant looks on there faces , they didn’t greet us , they did not ask what type of assistance she needed … there was no other persons being seen so I just didn’t understand the energy … there are other well med locations with better service .
Dr. Jennifer Nguyen and the staff are incredible! It has been so long since I've felt truly listened to and understood in a doctor's office. They really make sure you leave feeling like you were able to thoroughly discuss your concerns. Thank you!!!
