I had a follow up appointment, I waited for almost and hour and didn’t get called in.The waiting time was too long so I just left.
The worse staff no communication don’t care for their patients wait time is crazy long we fell a sleep in the room for a hour just to know patients that came in after me were seen before me. HR needs to know how this place is treating its patients.
Amanda Ralph is great at her job and has wonderful bedside manner.
The worst place for an elderly that are deaf, Doctors neglected there patient that needed help also rejected there need and push the ASL interpreter screen while walking away..... Don't go here honestly find another place for help in need.
My appointment was at 11:00 and I didn’t get out until 2:03🤦🏻♀️
