When I came in to this health clinic, the bell to enter wasn't clear or marked and the signage to check in via the iPad wasn't clear and the staff was not even there. I had been waiting over 40 minutes during which I was not greeted or given new patient paperwork even though 3 staff came in with their own chaos and stress rushing around. Incredibly rude lady comes up with a bad attitude and disrespect, and at that point I decided to leave. Such a horrible experience especially in a healthcare provider office.
