Secrétaire extrêmement impolie. Aucune flexibilité! Zéro essais d'arranger la clientèle. Malgré avoir expliqué que mon employeur ne peut pas me laisser partir, et est-ce qu'il y a moyen de reporter ou de retarder mon rendez-vous. Sa réponse: il y a des frais à payer car vous annulé un rendez-vous. Pour elle c'est soit je confronte l'employeur, soit je paie des frais. C'est ça le niveau à cette clinique!
