Pour vrai, c'est terrible comme clinique. Pas de système pour prendre des rendez-vous et sinon, ça ne répond jamais. Estie de clinique old school avec une réception qui ne répond jamais. Tu passes une semaine à appeler avant d'avoir quelqu'un. La prochaine fois que je parle avec mon médecin, je lui demande son numéro direct pour sauter la réception franchement inutile. Tu ne peux même pas laisser de messages.
This is the worst clinic I've seen.. you cant call because nobody is free for taking a call l, no voice mail... like what ?? My docto called me for a question I was not able to give them a call back and its been 2 week-end MY GOD
I regret choosing this clinic. The waiting area was chaotic, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Patients were visibly confused because the staff did not communicate any updates. By the time I saw the doctor, the consultation was so fast that I felt like an inconvenience. I left without receiving proper guidance or reassurance about my symptoms.
