Do Not use the online scheduling feature! It is does not integrate with their system and you will get forgotten! I am long term patient who goes to this same location, who needed to be seen in urgent care. I made an apartment for 3:15 online, arrived on time, and was met with confusion and poor communication my entire visit. Apparently the online schedule does not integrate with Athena at all so the all the staff was confused and most didn’t know I was there. My appointment was also changed to 4:30 because of the their issue... read more
