Very impressed with the reception staff. Friendly, courteous. Dr. Antonio was very thorough with my issues.
I called in to get a prescription refill for my Adhd and was denied by the receptionist because the doctor doesn't "refill opioids". I told her it was for Strattera.. which is a non-stimulant, non-opiod medication... She replied "I know, they don't prescribe ADHD medication". I'm sorry but I don't think you spoke to your doctor about this and just assumed I wouldn't get a prescription. If you want to make this right please speak to the doctor about prescribing this med and reply to me to me here. Thank you
This is not walk in clinic even when the sign say so and now my grandma had infection and can't find anyone to help take off the damn sign 🤬
Very pleasant experience! Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Dr. Antoniuk was quick, efficient and was able to point me in the right direction for my needs! I definitely recommend coming here, just keep in mind that this site is appointment booking only no longer walk in.
I would give it a - rating if I could. In my opinion if you're not professional enough to change your sign to ensure people know you're not a walk in, what other things are you willing to just sluff off?
