I had a surgical procedure today. I was very well cared for. Especially My nurse Jeanie. She could not have been more attentive and made sure I had every bit of information and care that I needed.
NOBODY seems to know what is going on here. I had, what SHOULD have been a simple procedure scheduled by my doctor, and for over a week, nobody answered the phone to answer questions or give clear instructions. I followed the pre op instructions provided, and when I arrived, was told it was all wrong and I would need to be rescheduled. My ride had to take the day off without pay, because they couldn't even give me my appointment time until AFTER close of business the day before a holiday weekend.
