I was very satisfied with the care provided and was surprised that the ER was about empty when I arrived very early Sat morning. I received prompt, professional and thorough care for my condition of fluid on my lungs. All the staff was very friendly and patient focused.
Minimal interaction with staff or hardly any actual care received during my last visit. Listened to a nurse complain she had to do her job (specifically that she had a pedo patient then had just been given another) Also, let’s be real here, there’s no rhyme or reason to permanent beds in the hallways. Your patients are VERY clearly uncomfortable this way and their HIPPAA rights aren’t being respected.
