My main concern is that people in the hall where they had everyone setting after being triaged was sick, coughing, and showed signs of the flu. I asked to be moved because I have auto immune and catch everything. The care is better than what they used to be.
Dr. S was horrible. Worst bedside manners of any doctor I have ever had, never introduced himself and came across as I was “bothering him” 2nd issue, he wanted to discharge my father after 2 hrs of being in the ER with UTI. When in fact, the next doctor came in and said my dad was in kidney failure and was in the hospital for seven days. Dr. S kept saying “ cuz of his age” and “ that he was very busy with stroke Patient and Helicopter coming in” came across has my fathers health was not a concern to him🤬
I had a great experience here during my ER visit. The doctors I had saved my life and I did not feel like a number. I really appreciate everything that was done for me and I am grateful for Medical City Lewisville.
