I hate leaving poor reviews, but I was not impressed with my recent stay last week. I typically go to this ER in the event on an emergency, but I'm not sure that will be the case moving forward. In one word I would describe the facility as "janky." The toilet in my room overflowed. I did not feel overly confident in the nursing staff or the doctors, really. Apologies for the one star, but it is my honest opinion.

All of the staff were kind, compassionate and professional.
Everyone was kind, professional, compassionate, and attentive. I am very pleased with my experience in the ER.
