My wife went to the emergency room for numbness in her arm. Admission was fast and easy. A certified stroke nurse performed the standard stroke tests (balance, eyes, arms, and speech), and she did well on all of them. She was then sent for a CT scan and waited in the room for about three to four hours. A hospitalist doctor, Dr. Elaprolu, came and informed us that the CT scan did not detect any stroke. Staff left my grandfather in his own urine for hours, causing him to catch a cold. Staff gave attitude when we just requested more gentle care. He didnt get any therapy for days, otherwise very sporadic and for short times. Doctor seemes very restless and wasn't paying attention or answering our questions. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was pleased, I feel welcomed, I feel reassured. Thank you, to the medical staff they were very friendly.
