I'm hoping someone can help me. I got this postcard. I wish Ericka had given me her contact information in case I had issues with the survey, which I did because I didn't get a email nor a text. My experience with the out patient procedure has always been good at Medical City. They only thing I wish they would do is ask if I want the person that came with me to come back to visit me for a few minutes before or after my procedure. Because my answer would be NO!
