I took my husband here for pain in his left side. My husband believed he had a kidney stone since he has had them before. Long story short after being treated as if he were a drug addict looking for pain drugs,no IV for fluids,no blanket,and rude nurses and a doctor who didn't seem to want to help us,we left. HORRIBLE service and manners!
You do not want to do any business with this Hospital as a patient or a doctor. They told me that they took my insurance and they really didn't. They filed out- of- network and charged me $19,000.00 for injections on my back and that didn't even include my doctors bills which where over $3,000.00. I have had this same procedure at Baylor and they charged 3,000.00 for the same service. A $16,000.00 difference. This hospital looks new and flashy, and their bills are just as flashy. For a medical procedure that was similar to the ones I had in the past in other hospitals, they charged 3-4 TIMES MORE!!! From lab work to use of surgery room and recovery room, to staff... everything came at unbelievably high prices. General anesthesia, *just the medicine by itself*, was $7,000!!!
