This hospital is not the same as it has been in the past. No real plan as to what to do when they are short on staff. No experienced doctors over the weekend. Waiting for a room when the the patient is in critical condition is by far the worst. Misleading family so that they wont rush staff with questions of the families loved one. Making medical decisions that eventally killed the patient because the attending hospalist wasn't communicating with patients specialist for the best possible outcome.
