The nurses and doctors were incredibly warm, kind and professional! Melanie greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to a room right away. She made sure I was comfortable while grabbing my vitals and even offered a cold bottle of water. Dr. Morrison explained the procedure and ensured it was pain free. He continued to monitor pain and was so professional! Nurse Kevin has me very clear discharge instructions and was kind. It was a very quick ER visit and process and the medic Staff are wonderful!
STAY AWAY!!!!!! I went there for a calf strain, and I was triaged, the doc looked at my leg, then they did an ultrasound and sent me home with a prescription for pain. I was there for 30 mins and they claim my bill was $7000, but are willing to give me a discount of only $1500. I have had an entire surgery for less!! The nurses are nice, but their billing dept will bankrupt you.
Prompt, friendly, attentive care from our two nurses, Ashley and Cherish, and Dr. Martens. Would definitely recommend !!
