Dr. Washington was the absolute worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I am a nurse of 41 years and a lifelong asthmatic. I have a vast medical knowledge and experience. I know what works for me. This doctor's ego would not allow him to listen to me and give me what I needed. HE DID NOT EVEN GIVE THIS ASTHMATIC A BREATHING TREATMENT! Wow doctor that is only available doesn't check any vitals after talking about medical concerns and waiting over 2 hours basically says drink water and good luck he's not prescribing nothing he runs this facility today. Fail all the way around for patient care.
I do not recommend going here. Whoever works tonight that answers the phone is very rude, unprofessional, and has no concern for potential patients. They have the worst attitudes and have no sense of urgency when assisting someone. I was placed on hold for over 9 minutes and there is no one at the office at this time. Evans who claimed to be the head nurse at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. After my dad was sent to the ER (which we waited 2 hours for the ambulance because of a supposed shift change). I called this clinic to ask for his medical records because they were never sent and Evans made a comment saying my dad was no longer "their problem".
