I was in as much pain leaving as I was when I came in. The nurse was a horrible person that was rude and couldn’t wait for her shift to end. The ER doctor met with me for 30-seconds, said she’d be right back and finally came an hour later. I will NEVER come back. The people working there were as unprofessional as I have ever witnessed in a hospital.

I had highly unsatisfactory experience at Medical City Denton and strongly advise others to reconsider seeking medical care at this facility. I encountered a wait time exceeding eight hours before being admitted to the hospital. It was particularly concerning to be reassigned to the waiting room after receiving an IV. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be uncommonly discourteous.
