Never a long wait, everyone always nice with great customer service
The ER doctors and nurses were attentive and helpful
My experience was not good. The emergency room was OVERFLOWING with people and several of them spent the night in the hallways in pain. It was awful. The actual care I received from the staff was good after they realized I wasn’t faking. Before they took my blood pressure, they were dismissive of my pain and symptoms. After they started assessing me, their attitudes and behavior changed.
I came to this er due to extreme pain 9 out of 10. I arrived at 630am, I was called back quickly, the nurse Kiera was great, the PA Sarah was nice and came in quickly and told me what they were going to do, ct scan, fluids, labs, urine, pain meds and go from there. So far things were fine. Got the IV and the everything else went downhill. So many things went badly, but main things, I never got any pain meds after reminding 4 different people, I got there and left there with pain of a 9 out of 10.
