Very disappointing experience. We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes just for someone to come and do a simple swab test on my child. No proper communication or explanation for the long wait. Completely unacceptable, especially with a sick child

We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes just for someone to come and perform a simple swab test on my child. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you are sitting there with a sick child and waiting for basic medical care. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Nobody properly explained why we were waiting so long or gave us any reasonable update. Two hours and fifteen minutes for a simple swab test is far too long.
