Apparently no one is there at 10AM on a Tuesday despite Google saying their hours indicate otherwise. There was a sign with three doctors' names and the days & hours they worked, no one is apparently coming until 1PM. Thanks for nothing, you unprofessional clowns.
One conversation - or, better said, one call spent on hold followed by a request for a fax - was enough to scare me away from this. I accept all the negative reviews as true.
I dont know how these ladies are still employed. They randomly give out numbers & unrealistic wait times. They always prioritize their filipino friends. Doctor is fine but front desk needs to be trained. Its simply ridiculous
A single star is Not even worthy of this place! after waiting 3 hours for them to print a single page for an insurance claim, they wanted my entire medical history, me to become a patient of theirs, not to mention to charge me several dollars to have all paperwork sent to them for them to review! all i need was a form ! Use caution with this place.
The clinic can benefit by training their receptionist on communication. I'm sure the receptionist is a nice lady that was probably having a bad day. But her frustration shouldn’t be projected on patients.
