The receptionist was terrible. The entire Facility is Very poorly maintained and dirty, especially for a doctors’s office. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go through with my doctors appointment, especially after the lack of regard I received from the receptionist. Definitely suggest anywhere else but here.

I went to my appointment last friday and my appointment was around 3:20pm. we were there by 2:30pm and the staff said that the doctor was taking break for 10mins around 2:50pm. he came back around 3:30 without even doing a physical check up for me and my girlfriend. all he does was asked a few questions and what test did we wanna get and that’s it. he’s very unprofessional, i am calling out to Dr. Dortaj. even with an appointment he took a break for 40mins and made us wait for the appointment we were early for.
It’s very unfortunate — I was excited to have found a physician who speaks my language and whose office is close to my home. However, the receptionist who was Asian was very unkind and made fun of me in front of other patient, who also laughed at me. I felt very embarrassed. When I returned for my next visit, the doctor didn’t come to see me and instead sent the physician assistant. I’ve decided to change my physician. When I get sick I have fear to go to the clinic and see the rude receptionist.
