Been going here for the last 15+ years and they're a really great staff, reception and doctors, I really appreciate what they do. I don't mind waiting a few minutes or more when I have an appointment booked because I know they're working hard to make sure they spend time with every patient they have, and working overtime as well. For such a small town it is amazing to have such a patient Staff when it comes to what they have to put up with at this clinic. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to get my medication refilled... read more
Booked an appointment a month out specifically for blood work and was told in the appointment that they don't do blood work there and that I had to book another appointment at the hospital, I had a fill in doctor which the Reception didn't even know about and he asked me 20 questions off a sheet which had nothing to do with what was wrong, he never once asked me what was wrong or what my symptoms were despite me telling him I had been sick for nearly 3 months, he seemed to almost ignore this and just rushed through and finis... read more
