I find this office accommodating, helpful and compassionate
EVERYTIME!!!! I have a phone appointment for a specific prescription refill, despite being told by the Dr while on the phone that my prescription is being sent as we speak,,,,,, IT NEVER IS!!! I have to waist my time calling the pharmacy just to be told once again there's no prescription there for me,, then spend hours of my day trying to reach someone at the Dr office to get them to do their job,,,,, soo frustrating for something that takes ten seconds for the receptionist to do. They don’t accept walk ins even though there was nobody in the waiting room. Staff are very rude and dismissive with no care to patient health
My Doctor is adequate but reception is never there so forget making a phone appointment. They do not seem to be open when the hours say so either as reception is not at their desk. Getting despondent!
