I have booked many times the first or second appointment of the day and without fail I am always kept waiting. Today I booked for 9.15am is now 10.05am and still not in to see the doctor.

Not so happy about the visit. I spent most 2h waiting with my appointment. They staff is nice but elderly. I have to repeat myself so many times. They are nice and all but there is a certain ethnic group who comes here. Met with Dr. Neda, nice lady, friendly but everything I said I had to repeat and he kept saying "I understand" when she didn't.
