Not so happy about the visit. I spent most 2h waiting with my appointment. They staff is nice but elderly. I have to repeat myself so many times. They are nice and all but there is a certain ethnic group who comes here. Met with Dr. Neda, nice lady, friendly but everything I said I had to repeat and he kept saying "I understand" when she didn't. [Summarising my overall experience in this clinic] 1.) Matters of Convenience Since the receptionist is in her late-30s or so, the transactions made here were not very easy. There are constant language barriers due to differences in cultural backgrounds among the staff (receptionist / doctors). Payment isn’t easy especially if you prefer to do it online. She always listens attentively and makes sure to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel comfortable and understood. Dr. Nermana is my first GP here in Australia, and I truly feel so lucky to have found her. It’s not easy to find a doctor who combines both expertise and compassion, but Dr. Nermana has both.
