Worse GP appointment I have ever had Booked appointment with Dr Maged Jacoup for my mom, she doesn’t speak English. She had soap got into her skin around the eye area and it was swollen. I told him the story, without looking at my mom’s eyes, he said it’s infected. I don’t complain about his diagnosis but the way he did his job was terrible. Dr Nermana is the best!! She is compassionate, thorough, and incredibly attentive. I started seeing her myself and was so impressed that I brought my dad when he was unwell and unable to get clear answers. Saw Dr Nermana for my 1-year-old’s eczema and was shocked by her conduct. Instead of focusing on my child, she spoke down to us, questioned irrelevant personal matters (including my visa status), and handled billing in an intimidating way — even “joking” about calling police over payment. This was judgemental, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. This was the most ridiculous Doctors appointment I’ve ever had.
