I have been a patient of Dr Sood for last few years and I always had my concern adressed. I appreciate opportunity to discuss alternative option and possible course of actions, as needed. Dr understands unique patience situations and try to adjust to individuals needs and concerns. I am happy with Dr Sood, will remain as her patient and would recommend to others.
I wish there is a zero star rating . The front staff receptionist have no phone manners and not at all polite . Super rude , won’t let you finish your question and just in a rush to hung up the call on you . They really need to focus on being polite and generous.

I'm so glad I got transferred from my previous family doctor, who was terrible, to Dr. Alka Sood. She's knowledgable and caring, and she doesn't mind sending for a second opinion (she actually offered me herself going for a 2nd opinion so I feel comfortable).
