I thought Dr Joanne was great when I first began seeing her during my pregnancies. She was there to help deliver both my children. However in 2004, after several years of recommending a flu shot, I finally conceded, not wanting to be denied seeing my grandmother in a seniors home if the flu broke out. for the Burford location. When I showed up for mine there was no one on site. I later found out both appointments had been booked for the Paris location. (Not a huge concern as mistakes happen). However, when I called to enquire if I would be charged for not attending the appointment the secretary tried to tell me that I agreed to the Paris location in order to have my appointment Thursday, claiming I indicated Thursday was a priority.
