Great experience with this company I would recommend them simple process and follow up was great
I rarely write reviews but felt u had so share this. Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy (MCSP) went above and beyond. I recently was prescribed a compound med for a long time sinus problem. Right away they noticed a potential issue with a drug allergy and contacted me. When I didn’t reply they contacted me again. I had my doctor contract them and they safely worked it out and shipped my medication. They followed up to be sure I received it and understood the prescribed dosage and method, I was like WOW! They are a good pharmacy and if you have specialty prescriptions, they get it to you right away.
Despite the constant flow of customers, all were cool, composed, and well-organized. Everybody was greeted politely and nobody was hurried into making their transactions. It is refreshing to see such consistency in customer service even during busy times.
