They are a good pharmacy and if you have specialty prescriptions, they get it to you right away.
Despite the constant flow of customers, all were cool, composed, and well-organized. Everybody was greeted politely and nobody was hurried into making their transactions. It is refreshing to see such consistency in customer service even during busy times.
The Medical Center Speciality Pharmacy is so easy to work with. Polite, accurate, supportive and willing to help you understand the medicine you are taking. They rock!!
I was very disappointed in the services and communication provided by the company. I would not recommend them! All I received was a gallon size zip lock bag containing smaller bags filled with plastic vials. The only instructions were 2 sentences on the label, "Add 1 vial to 240ml of saline in rinse bottle. Irrigate sinuses with 120ml through each nostril twice daily". That was all the instructions I received.
