Supposedly replaced a part on my car but actually did not. I will be reporting to the BBB. That is very dangerous to do to somebody’s car
We bring all our fleet here for maintenance and state inspection. Fair clear pricing, glad we use medical center shell.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible service and sleazy, unethical sales tactics to sell parts you don't need. If you *have* to bring your car in, don't let it out of your sight.
I did not have a good experience with this Shell. Went thwre for car care they charged $80 for diagnostics told me the problem and never got back with me about ordering the part or anything. So i called them left several messages no return call. I had to take my car somewhere else so $80 for nothing.
Jim is a great guy and an excellent mechanic! I won't bring my car anywhere else. Thanks to Zoe, too.
