I just called into medical center pharmacy to get a refill on my to prescriptions and a refill on my daughters the lady was very rude told me she has other things she has to do and hung up. Which is odd because I've always had a decent experience coming here, they must have some new employees.
By far the worst pharmacy I’ve experienced - and that’s bad considering I’ve used CVS and Walgreens. They are rude, hang up on customers, give wrong times for pick up, and act like you owe them something for doing their job. Rx is a compound so I’m going to work with my provider to find another pharmacy. I would drive back to DFW before trusting this location with any of my Rx needs.
