Dr. Som spent so much time with me, I was in awe!!! He appears to be concerned & gives you info he feels will help -- + he's not bad to look at!! Even better though is the gal who seems to handle EVERYTHING- SUE!!! She is the most helpful "out front" person & makes you feel from the time you enter until the time you leave --- there is nothing she won't do to help you!!! I can't help but want to hug her on my way out!!!!!
I want to be very clear, Dr. Som and his office staff have been nothing but caring and professional with me and my needs for ongoing treatment. I want to thank especially Zana for her timely handling of all prior authorization I have required over the past year. I require many specialist and ongoing treatments of chemo weekly and even more several times a mouth, your staff has successful navigated the many requirements set in place from my health insurance.
