I went to the ER this evening because of severe abdominal pain and vomiting (my gallbladder is swollen and I have gastritis). I gave urine, they took blood, did an ultrasound, and a physical exam (the doctor could feel my distended gallbladder). Then they forgot about me for 2 hours and didn't even bother to bring the nausea medicine or pain relief I was told was coming. Crappy communication/care with a dear friend. Apparently placed a pleural drain in the lung and discharged to home health and trained the caregiver only to find the drainage kits are unavailable to the Patients caregiver and only sold to medical providers and not really meant for home health situations then wanted to fix their mistake with another surgical procedure on a frail stage 4 Cancer Patient. These drain kits are also NOT covered by insurance forcing the Patient to pay $90-$110 every 2-3 days or of course the caregiv... read more
RecommendedMy Dad was here for 3 1/2 days. The people working here are kind, courteous, and so helpful! From the Nurses in the Emergency room to the Nurses and Doctors on the 5th floor. They made it a pleasant stay for my Dad and each phone call I made to them was met with kindness and helpful information. We are fairly new to Florida and I am very impressed with this hospital. Thank you all so much! God bless all of you.
2west staff at trinity hospital are so amazing..... i want to give a huge shout out to nurse leader jennifer, rn cheryl and marlene, and especially my favorite nurse tech crystal!!! They were are truely amazing and made my stay 100xs better... Thanks again to 2 west staff!!! Aoril Orshal

I was admitted into medical Center of Trinity on January 12 and had back surgery on January 14. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire staff from the nurses to the CNA’s, The doctors the phlebotomist everyone was so nice very courteous explained everything from an EKG to an echo they come and do an echo on a Saturday night at 11:00 PM this surgical floor that I was on was I’ve never seen such a clean hospital the rooms are spacious their private beach come and check on you is soon as you called or they check on yo... read more
My husband had surgery at Medical Center of Trinity today and everyone that we came in contact with was very professional and caring. They explained everything to him in a way that we never felt surprised or felt like we did not know what would happen next. This is his 4th surgery at Medical Center of Trinity and each and every time the care seems to get better. Thanks Medical Center of Trinity staff and Dr Ledesma, you guys ROCK!
The staff at 2 west went above and beyond during my orthopedic recovery from a right hip replacement surgery. Dr. Cook did an amazing job. Cheryl, Kim and Ramone were the most caring of nurses catering to my needs. Bob in P.T took time to make sure I was up and moving in no time flat. Dr. Adetula was the best making sure All my needs were meet and most comfortable. Thank you again to Dr. Cook and her amazing staff for getting me up and walking again along with the entire staff on 2 west. They are the best
