I called to see if they where taking new patients and they said yes . Tried to make a appointment . They looked me up and told me no the doctor Christi A. Childers. Will not see me because I missed my last appointment. I told them I didn't even know i had an appointment. I had made an inquiry with them thru email . But never was contacted about an appointment. So they said I can never go there .
I called to make an initial appointment because of what Monument Health pulled, and their doctor does not accept Medicaid or Medicare, this is stupid, don’t run a clinic if you can’t accept all types of insurance, so I guess every time I need a refill I will just have to go to the Emergency Room, I’m appalled by our healthcare system, if u can’t go to one, you can’t go to the other either, this is impossible
